Planning inspections (prior to construction or opening of a food service establishment)
Licensing inspection (initial inspection for approval of state food service
license)
Routine inspection (annual inspection required for food service license)
Complaint inspection (required after any complaint is received)
Food Borne Illness (FBI) Investigation (required if FBI is associated with a
food service establishment)

Food Service Establishments that experience a disaster must
stop all operations immediately and contact the Health Department at 785-762-5788
ext 126.
