Junction City Youth Clinic (JCYC) FAQ's

If my child has a minor illness, can she leave from Junction City High School and go to JCYC without me having to take off work and be there?

Your child should have a permission slip signed by you at JCHS that gives the school permission to allow your child to come to JCYC during school hours. This consent form can be accessed by the JCHS School nurse if you did not receive one in your student enrollment package. Once you have filled this form out, the student will receive a pass from the school nurse that is signed by JCYC staff when the child returns to school.

Is my health information confidential at JCYC?

Our staff use the strictest confidentiality standards at JCYC to ensure and guard your health information. No information is released without your signed permission; unless the medical director determines that your health or life is threatened and you need urgent medical treatment.
